This was the worst I had ever experienced in registering for a room. in short, the guy started screaming at us very very loud and I am 80 years old all because I wanted to get my grandson a room. My grandson lost his id. It's not like they don't see him around all the time he has stayed there many times before. this man is very nasty to us. i think people should be aware of staying there. he was so loud that people outside thought somebody was fighting out and getting killed. I will not stay ever again body i know will not refer. In end, the manager straightens it out. even after it was resolved the guy still look like he had an attitude toward us. I wonder?

Very rude people, worst service ever, not clean beds you will get bugs or infections from dirty beds

Motel6 in billings 5353 Midland Rd, is horrible, no fridge, no coffee in room, phone unplugged, desk clerk was no help, attitude problem, ignored me. Hallways dirty, unvacuumed, Noisy, yelling in hallways. Walls are not insulated, hear toilets and showers going several times, within a 15 min period. Floors, were in need of repair, no fan in bathroom. Wont be visiting that one again. We did stay at a Motel6 in Spokane, just basics, but was vastly much better then, Billings on Midland Rd.

I own my own Pilot Car Company and myself and my other drivers sometimes stay in Motel 6 but I don’t know if I would stay at another one nor pay for my drivers to stay after staying at Motel 6 Rhôme Texas.I am 66 years old have every rewards discount for just about every chain motels.I ask for non smoking room two adults and told the desk clerk That I was AARP MEMBER AND VARIOUS OTHER DISCOUNTS WHICH WOULD BE MOST REASONABLE TO USE HE SAID AARP. Sent me to second floor half way across front of building charged me over 90.00 got to room peoples poessions we’re all over room told me not to say anything about it gave me another room the rest of way down front of building finally got in door looks like someone kicked it in won’t shut properly and locks broke off people sitting in both stairwells blocking entrance to stairs telling us their children got bed bugs here.Cigarette holes in sheets and top cover light bulbs out no smoke alarms, they were not even in the room not real clean but ok.Had to let shower water run 30 minutes to get hot actually my son timed it so it was probably more like 35.Plaster cracks and pices falling from ceiling at sink,cracked around tub and around walls advertising 80.00and change,either his GM is his mom or girlfriend both sucked at their jobs,my name is Michael,my number is +12816593763 my email is My wife books most of our rooms for me and our drivers her phone is 8323187171,her email is and her name is Evelyn Perdue-Again worst stay I have ever experienced.

Motel 6 in Escondido Ca. Great location , room was excellent. But I left my iPhone charger in room 212. And called 5 hours later to report it. Service desk was very helpful. But maid service was unable to locate phone charger. Great Stay turned bad. I have forgot items in 3rd world hotels and always had positive results.

Staying at Motel 6 in Chicopee MA. The room is clean. But not well maintained. The lights are so dim I can barely see the keys to type this. There is no furniture in the room save a bed and a desk and a weird place to hang clothes with 6 hangers. There is not a dresser or a drawer in the place. No night stands And NO LAMPS. There are two wall sconces with low light bulbs. And nothing else. SUCKS like living in a cave. I can see daylight under the door. Woke to several grasshoppers in my room. At least they weren't cockroaches. I would NEVER EVER stay in a motel 6 again. EVER. What a freaking DUMP!!! STAY AWAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great customer service, nice clean rooms and nice service. They always here to help and work with you. Also has no deposit.
